What is the deal with "Gypsies"?

I'm not talking about foreign gypsies, or beggars or anything like that. I work in retail, and every once in awhile especially around the holidays we get these families that come into our store and they like to steal things. They are always dressed in flashy clothes, and I notice they always wear ugg boots with fur all over them. The younger girls dress really trashy, and wear a lot of blush. And sometimes they are just wearing sweat suits, like the matching kind from Victoria's Secret. And I sometimes overhear them talking in an odd language. It doesn't even sound like a real language. But when they talk normally, they speak in a southern accent, which sounds SO fake. I've noticed this with several different families, and was just wondering if anyone knew more about it or could explain why the majority of them all look alike or dress a certain way? (at least all of the different families I've seen) does anyone know what I'm talking about?

No, I have NO idea what you're talking about... Victoria's Secret sellls sweat suits? Made out of what? Lace? And as far as "the younger girlstalking trashy", sounds like chavs. Did you ask if they are from Essex?
